A private school of Birendranagar has insured its all the students, teachers and staffs. Surkhet Horizon Academy has come up with the concept bearing in mind the potential risks of COVID-19. School principal Ghanashyam Khadka informed the school management has signed an agreement with Nepal Insurance Company for corona insurance. 

“We did corona insurance to bear the risks of global pandemic of coronavirus”, he said, adding it has fulfilled a preliminary responsibility for the safety of teachers and students of the school. Principal Khadka claimed the school was the first-ever institution in Surkhet to have the coronavirus insurance in place.
