The Bhojpur chapter of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) has instituted a journalist welfare fund. The fund was set up for providing support to the working journalists of the district. 

Mohan Tamang, a working journalist from Bhojpur, donated Rs 5,000 to the fund on the occasion of his birthday. Likewise, FNJ Bhojpur acting president Action Rai also expressed the commitment to contribute Rs 10,000 to the fund.
