Bank of Kathmandu’s bonus shares are listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange. The bank’s 13 percent bonus share is listed on Nepse on Monday. The bonus proposal was passed by the bank’s annual general meeting held on December 31. As soon as the meeting passed, the same amount of 111,12,890 bonus shares has been listed in Nepse.

In the next few days, the shares of the company will be deposited in the demat account of the shareholders and will be available for sale in the secondary market.The meeting of the company had passed a resolution to distribute 16 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 2076/77 with 13 percent bonus and 3 percent cash (including tax on dividend).
