NIC Asia Bank Limited’s 19 percent bonus shares are listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The bank’s 1,84,63,538 shares are listed on Nepse.
The 19 percent bonus share (Nepse) distributed from the profits and accumulated profits of the last fiscal year 2076/77 passed by the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on November 7 is listed in Nepse on Friday.
After the distribution of the bonus shares, the paid up capital of the bank has reached 11.56 billion 5 million 366. The bank has also stated that bonus shares will be deposited in the demat account of the concerned shareholders so that they can be traded in the secondary market of securities from Sunday, January 19.The bank has the largest branch network in the country providing banking services through 339 branch offices, 471 ATMs, 88 extended counters and 78 branchless banking across the country.The major financial indicators of the bank, which operates with more than 2.2 million customers, are very encouraging.
