Nepal Securities Board has given the permission to Manjushree Finance to issue the bond. Manjushree Finance Company recieved the permission of the board on january 10 to issue bond.
As soon as the permission is received, the company will issue 500,000 bonds at an annual rate of 9.5 percent of interest up to 8 years. Of this, 200,000 units will be sold to public and 300,000 units bond will be sold from the individuals with NIBLs capital as the sales manager.
