Greenlife Hydropower Limited is going to issue 19.42 percent IPO. The Nepal Securities Board (NSB) has given approval to the company to issue 34 lakh 96 thousand 400 IPO shares with a face value of Rs 100.

As per the approval given by the board, the company is going to issue an IPO worth Rs 349.64 million. BOK Capital Market is in charge of issuing the company’s securities and sales manager to issue the same amount of IPO.
