The share market will be closed today, Sunday. On the first day of the great festival of Nepalis, Dashain, the government has declared a public holiday on the occasion of Ghatasthapana, and the share market will remain closed. The market will only open at 11 a.m. on Monday.

Before this, on Friday, the Nepse index, a measure of the share market, had decreased by 20.16 points to reach 1874.60 points.

Similarly, today all government offices, banks, and financial institutions will also remain closed.
