Kathmandu. Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has honored its ‘Citizen Leaders’. The company honored the Citizen Leaders who were elected in the House of Representatives Election 2082 by organizing a ‘Greetings Exchange Program’ at the company’s central office, Thapathali.

On the occasion, honorable lawmakers representing in the House of Representatives from Citizen Life – Bhaktapur Constituency No. Honorable Rukesh Ranjit of Rastriya Swatantra Party, directly elected from Bhaktapur Constituency No. 1, Pramila Kuluju of Rastriya Swatantra Party in the proportional representation category were also congratulated.

About 60 agents, branch staff and top management team of the company were present in the program. The participants presented khada, bouquets and letters of appreciation to the MPs and wished them a successful tenure.

Addressing the program, Pramila Kuluju said that her journey with Citizen Life has played an important role in personality development, leadership capacity building and building a strong team. She said that this experience and learning has guided her to reach today’s achievement and expressed her gratitude to the company family.

Similarly, Rukesh Ranjit thanked the Citizen Life family and expressed his commitment to raise the current challenges in the insurance sector, tax bracket and other issues in the parliament with priority. He said that necessary initiatives would be taken to strengthen the insurance sector and increase public trust. He also expressed his commitment to raise the voice of the people in the parliament by continuously collaborating with the experts in Citizen.

Chief Marketing Officer of the company, Mr. Bhushan Rimal, expressed pride in being able to reach out to the policy maker level and said that the company has presented an excellent example of strong human resources and leadership development.

Similarly, Chief Executive Officer of the company, Poshan Raj Poudel, wished the newly elected parliamentarians a successful tenure and expressed the belief that their contribution would play an important role in the development of the overall insurance sector and positive policy reforms. “We have been addressing the agents as ‘Citizen Leaders’ from the very beginning, but today when they have become honorable, the word ‘Leader’ has got justice in the real sense,” he said.
