Kathmandu. The discussion ‘Roadshow’ program has concluded as part of the book-building process regarding the share issue of Norvic International Hospital Limited. The event was held on April 11 at the Marriott Hotel.

The roadshow was organized by Laxmi Sunrise Capital, the issue manager for the IPO was attended by qualified institutional investors.

On the occasion, the institutional investors presented their views and suggestions related to pricing, demand and valuation. During the presentation and discussion, Mr. Ajay Kumar Mishra, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Norvic International Hospital, informed about the current operational status, financial performance, strategic direction and future expansion plans.

The interaction has been able to give a clear understanding to the institutional investors about the sustainable development and service potential of the hospital.

Company’s issue manager Laxmi Sunrise Capital presented detailed information on valuation methodology, pricing bases, demand analysis, book-building structure and regulatory provisions during the roadshow. The participants expressed the view that the price discovery process presented by the participants was transparent, professional and trustworthy.

The successful completion of the program has contributed significantly to further strengthening the book-building process in the capital market of Nepal. This is expected to further encourage a transparent, market-based price discovery process and informed institutional participation.

In the context of the successful completion of the next phase of the book-building process, the qualified institutional investors should submit the number of shares they want to buy and the proposed intended price in a sealed envelope within 5 working days. The Letter of Intent along with the required documents has to be submitted to the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited by 5:00 pm on May 5, 2083.
