Kathmandu. Nabil Investment Banking Limited and The Massif Hotel Private Limited (Royal Tulip Kathmandu) have signed an agreement.

Nabil Investment Banking Pvt. Ltd. has signed a road to IPO for the purpose of making necessary preparations for the public issue of the company under the corporate advisory services, including conversion of a private company into a public limited company.

The MOU was signed by Mr. Rajendra Shakya, Chairman of Royal Tulip Kathmandu and Mr. Manish Narayan Joshi, CEO of Nabil Investment Company.

The Massif Hotel Pvt. Ltd., which is operated in the name of Royal Tulip Kathmandu, an international chain brand of France, is located in Gwarko, Lalitpur district. As per the Road to IPO agreement, Nabil Investment will assist The Massif Hotel Pvt. Ltd. (Royal Tulip Kathmandu) in its preparations for the public issue. Permission will be sought from the regulatory bodies for the public issuance once the preparations are completed, the statement said.
