Kathmandu. Rupakot Resort Limited of Kaski is preparing to issue initial public offering (IPO) to the general public. NIC ASIA Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.

NIC ASIA Capital Limited and Rupakot Resort have signed an agreement for the IPO issuance and sales manager. As per the agreement, NIC ASIA Capital will provide consultation and facilitation services to the resort until the IPO issuance.

Under its ‘IDEA to IPO’ service, NIC ASIA Capital will provide all the advisory services from the establishment of the company to the public company and the IPO issuance.

Rupakot Resort located in Pokhara, Kaski is one of the established destinations in the tourism and hospitality sector. The resort offers a panoramic view of the scenic beauty of the Himalayas and Rupa and Begnas lakes.

The resort also offers services for family tours, domestic and foreign tourists, corporate events, conferences, weddings and other special events.
