Kathmandu. The 26th Annual General Meeting of Kumari Bank Limited has been concluded. The meeting was held at Silver Oak Banquet and Events, Subarna Shamsher Road, Kathmandu on Wednesday.

The AGM approved the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2082/83, audit report and financial statements including balance sheet, profit and loss accounts up to the end of Ashadh of FY 2082/83.

The AGM also approved a total dividend of 2.1053% (inclusive of tax) proposed to the shareholders from the profit of FY 2082/83.
