The annual general meeting of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited is scheduled to take place. The bank’s 8th AGM will be held on Mangsir 2 at the bank’s head office.

During the meeting, the financial report for the fiscal year 2079/80 will be discussed and approved, along with the appointment of auditors and the determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.

Additionally, the meeting will pass proposals related to amendments in the company’s memorandum and articles of association, including amendments to Article 3(ण), 19(3), 28(2)(ख), 28(6), 30(1)(क), and 39(4).

Furthermore, if necessary and appropriate as per the directives of regulatory bodies, the meeting will authorize the executive committee to update and revise proposed amendments to the memorandum and articles of association.

The meeting will also appoint one independent director to represent the company’s executive committee.
