KATHMANDU
Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited and Ncell have reached an agreement to provide services through a digital platform. The contract was signed last week by the Chief Executive Officer of Ncell, Jabbor Kayumov, and the Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Santosh Koirala, amid a function at Ncell ICON, Lainchaur.
In line with Ncell’s ‘Sadhain ON’ campaign, which offers no bill shock, one package that meets the customer’s needs, and other attractive values, common customers of Machhapuchchhre Bank and Ncell can now top up their balances and make payments for Ncell services through the Ncell App, Website, and Ncell’s Retailers App, using the bank’s MBL M-Smart check-out service. Likewise, Point of Sales/Retailers of Ncell can also load virtual funds directly using the Retailer App via Machhapuchchhre Bank’s mobile banking, i.e., M-Smart.
With this agreement, Ncell and Machhapuchchhre Bank believe that this will help customers stay always on, making their digital journey easier, and make payments and recharge via the leading Ncell app. The Ncell App has other features that offer convenience to customers not only within the country but also while they are traveling or roaming outside the country.
Machhapuchchhre Bank is continuously moving forward with the goal of establishing itself as the first digital smart bank by promoting cashless banking. The bank has always put forth efforts to bring innovative, secure, and convenient products and services to its customers to facilitate digital payment through different means.
