Kathmandu. On Thursday, the first day of weekly trading, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index posted a double-digit fall. On Monday, the NEPSE index decreased by 12.26 points to close at 2,711.76 points.

A total of 1,07,39,998 units of shares of 350 companies were traded in NEPSE. Shares worth Rs 4.41 billion were traded. Ankhukhola Hydropower Company Limited was the most traded today. The company has a turnover of Rs 38.85 crore.

In today’s market, the investors of Sopan Pharmaceuticals have made the most profits. The company’s share price has risen by more than 14 percent.

On the other hand, the investors of Green Development Bank Limited have lost the most. The company’s share price has fallen by more than 7 percent.
