Kathmandu. Due to lack of funds, the delegates participating in the first general convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) were provided only tea on Friday morning. The management said that due to lack of financial resources, food has not been arranged for the delegates today.

The general convention, which was delayed for the sixth day due to delay and various controversies, is set to conclude today with the election of new office-bearers. The general convention is being held amidst the difficulties seen in financial management.
