Shine Resunga Development Bank has announced that it will distribute a dividend of 11.05 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year.

In the meeting of the bank’s board of directors held on Tuesday, it was decided to distribute 10.50 percent bonus shares and 0.55 percent cash dividends for tax purposes. Therefore, the bank will distribute a bonus of NPR 44,980,737 and a cash dividend of NPR 23,674,091.

After the approval of the Nepal Rastra Bank and Shine’s upcoming annual general meeting, the bank has informed the investors that it will distribute bonus shares only to the shareholders. In the previous year, the bank had distributed 13.30 percent bonus shares and 0.70 percent cash dividends.
