The meeting of the board of directors of Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha held on the 16th of Mangsir has decided not to distribute any share dividends from the profits of the last fiscal year.

The meeting has decided to keep the profits in reserve. Additionally, the meeting has also decided to submit financial details to the Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.

Previously, the company had distributed 4.75% bonus shares and 0.21% cash dividends from the profits of the fiscal year 2078–79.
