Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has fixed the wholesale price of agricultural products for Tuesday.
According to the committee, the price of tomato (Nepali) big (Nepali) is Rs 70 per kg, tomato ‘big’ (Indian) Rs 110 per kg, tomato small (local) Rs 70 per kg, tomato small (Indian) Rs 64 per kg, tomato small (Terai) Rs 65 per kg, potato red (Indian) Rs 25 per kg, potato red (Indian) Rs 24 per kg and onion dried (Indian) Rs 32 per kg.
Similarly, the price of carrot (local) has been increased at Rs 60 per kg, carrot (Terai) at Rs 30 per kg, cabbage (local) at Rs 45 per kg, cauliflower local at Rs 35 per kg, cauliflower at Rs 40 per kg, white radish at Rs 20 per kg, white radish at Rs 30 per kg, brinjal lamcho at Rs 40 per kg and brinjal dal at Rs 50 per kg.
Similarly, beans (stems) Rs 40 per kg, matarkosa Rs 50 per kg, ghee beans (local) Rs 30 per kg, ghee beans (hybrid) Rs 35 per kg, ghee beans (rajma) Rs 110 per kg, soybean beans Rs 180 per kg, tate beans Rs 130 per kg, bitter gourd Rs 70 per kg, gourd Rs 25 per kg, parwar (local) Rs 60 per kg, parwar (Terai) Rs 60 per kg. Likewise, chikindo has been sold at Rs 40 per kg, cucumber at Rs 50 per kg, ripe farsi at Rs 60 per kg, green farsi (lamcho) at Rs 25 per kg, green farsi (dallo) at Rs 25 per kg, okra at Rs 60 per kg, Barela at Rs 60 per kg, sweet potato at Rs 80 per kg, pindalu at Rs 50 per kg and squash at Rs 70 per kg.
Likewise, mustard at Rs 50 per kg, spinach at Rs 80 per kg, Chamsur at Rs 80 per kg, mustard at Rs 35 per kg, fenugreek at Rs 80 per kg, green onion at Rs 120 per kg, yam at Rs 100 per kg, mushroom at Rs 200 per kg, mushroom (dalle) at Rs 450 per kg, king mushroom at Rs 300 per kg and Sitake mushroom at Rs 1,000 per kg.
Cucumber costs Rs 500 per kg, niguro Rs 80 per kg, broccoli Rs 80 per kg, beetroot Rs 70 per kg, koirala Rs 300 per kg, Sajeevan Rs 120 per kg, red cabbage Rs 50 per kg, cumin greens Rs 90 per kg, cabbage Rs 50 per kg, parsley Rs 200 per kg, celery Rs 180 per kg, fennel greens Rs 80 per kg, mint Rs 110 per kg, ganteradish Rs 50 per kg. Tamarind has been fixed at Rs 180 per kg, copper at Rs 160 per kg, tofu at Rs 150 per kg and gundruk at Rs 300 per kg.
Apple (bag) Rs 250 per kg, apple (Fuji) Rs 300 per kg, lemon Rs 390 per kg, banana dozen Rs 250 per kg, pomegranate Rs 470 per kg, grapes (green) Rs 240 per kg, grapes (black) Rs 360 per kg, watermelon green Rs 45 per kg, pineapple Rs 250 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 50 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 70 per kg, jackfruit tree Rs 70 per kg, pear (Chinese) Rs 250 per kg. The price of papaya (Nepali) has been fixed at Rs 80 per kg, Indian papaya at Rs 90 per kg, kiwi at Rs 450 per kg and avocado at Rs 800 per kg.
Similarly, ginger costs Rs 100 per kg, dried chillies Rs 450 per kg, chillies (green) Rs 80 per kg, chillies (bullet) Rs 60 per kg, fish chillies Rs 60 per kg, chillies Rs 500 per kg, sheep chillies Rs 90 per kg, green garlic Rs 150 per kg, coriander Rs 80 per kg, garlic dried (Chinese) Rs 200 per kg, garlic dried (Nepali) Rs 120 per kg. Fresh fish has been fixed at Rs 340 per kg, fresh fish at Rs 310 per kg and fresh fish at Rs 300 per kg.
