Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has issued a temporary interim order not to dismiss the student organization . A single bench of Justice Shreekanta Poudel issued the order not to implement the decision to dissolve the student organization immediately. 

The court also ordered the government not to implement the decision of dismissal of the student organization and also ordered to call both the parties for discussion. 

After the government’s decision to scrap the student organization from the ordinance, the All Nepal National Independent Students Union (ANNFSU) close to the CPN-UML and the All Nepal National Independent Students Union (Revolutionary) close to the CPN ( had filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court.In the petition, they have sought quashing of the decision of dismissal of the Students’ Organization. 

Why can’t the Supreme Court order the order as demanded in the writ petition filed by the student organizations ? The government has also been ordered to answer this question.
