Kathmandu. Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma has directed the court to stop the irregularities and activities of middlemen. Issuing a written circular to the Chief Justices of the High Courts and Chief Justices of the District Courts, Dr. KC has issued a circular . Sharma has given this instruction. 

He has directed to stop the distortions, anomalies, irregularities and intermediaries in the Supreme Court and subordinate courts. 

Similarly, the court has also been instructed to closely monitor the court entry, case management, deadline, hearing, verdict preparation, judgment implementation, record and every stage of service delivery. 

He has also directed all the subordinates to take immediate action if irregularities, irregularities, middlemen or activities that cause harassment to the service recipients in the court. Similarly, Chief Justice Sharma has directed not to keep the cases that have crossed two years of pending within mid-July.
