Kathmandu Metropolitan City to construct its own hospital, allocates Rs 400 million this year

Kathmandu. Kathmandu: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is all set to construct its own hospital. Presenting the budget for the coming fiscal year, Acting Mayor of the metropolis Sunita Dangol made the announcement

Four crores have been allocated for the first year of the construction of the hospital under the multi-year plan. 

Similarly, Dan gol has said that yoga program will be conducted in the {{} locality. She also said that one crore has been allocated for the pneumonia vaccination of senior citizens, and Dan gol will run a special program for the diagnosis of diseases like cancer. 

Similarly, the metropolis has allocated Rs 2 0 million for the establishment of an integrated waste management center. The budget also states that the free ambulance service programme has been continuedand Rs 5 million has been allocated to start legal and necessary managerial works for the establishment of the university. Likewise, Rs 160 million has been allocated for the Nutrition Allowance Programme.
