The new design also has a picture of Ashash Bhairav. The new design of the coin has been approved by the Cabinet and reached the Nepal Rastra Bank through the Ministry of Finance.

Earlier, the Nepal Rastra Bank had sent a new design of the coin to have a picture of Mustang’s Ghara Monastery. However, the cabinet withdrew the design and asked it to propose a new design.

Accordingly, the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) had sent a design with a map of Akash Bhairav and Chuchche again. The design has already been approved by the Cabinet. There will be some changes in the weight and size of the new design.
