Similarly , the annual financial statement of the fiscal year 2082/83 with the auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit and loss statement of the fiscal year with the report of the fiscal year , the approval of the schedules related to the financial statements including the profit and loss distribution account, appointment of an external auditor and other proposals have been made ।

The bank , which had distributed a total dividend of 15.7895 including bonus shares and cash dividend last year, has decided to close the book on September 1, 2083 for the purpose of dividend and Annual General Meeting.Therefore, only the shareholders of who remain in force as of 17th August 2008 will be eligible to receive the dividend of the Bank and to attend the meeting.
