Kathmandu. The ‘easy service, which has been widely publicized on social media by calling it a ‘home service’, has been accused of fraud . The easy service that claims to provide the best service by making the online platform ‘base’ has been accused of fraud. 

Rajesh Rai, who is also the editor of the new page , has accused the service of fraud.

According to him, if any item is damaged at home or office, the service will come to the house or office and take the damaged goods and bring them back.However, in the meantime, Rai alleges that the service is being cheated.

Rai has alleged that the employees who came through the easy service have been charging more money for the goods that were initially taken away saying that it would be made for Rs 1500 and later the parts were changed. 

However, Rai said that even after paying more money to change the parts, the same goods get damaged in some time.Rai said that the service then cheated the customer by asking for money saying that ‘this part should be replaced’ and by making the customer spend repeatedly . 

“My printer broke down, I called the service,” Rai wrote on Facebook. At first, he said he would make it for Rs 1,500. Later, he called me and said, ‘The motherboard is gone, it costs Rs 9,000’. When he said yes, he made a printer and brought it to the office. But within an hour of being brought to the office, the printer broke down again. Will it be built after that or not? I called him dozens of times. Sometimes one of the staff picks up the phone, sometimes another. One person will show it to the other, but no one will take responsibility for solving the problem. ’
