‘Today I loaded money from my bank account into my eSewa wallet using mobile banking. The message and notification that the money has been deducted from the bank account came immediately, but not a single rupee has been added to the eSewa wallet so far. The balance is shown as it is. Neither the money came to eSewa nor was it returned to the bank account. Dharmendra Das, a customer of eSewa, wrote on social media, “There was a big problem as the money was loaded due to urgent work, the money was blocked in the middle. ‘

He has demanded that his money be deposited in eSewa immediately. “How long will the system of eSewa continue to be so unexpected and unreliable? How can we trust digital banking due to such negligence?” The amount deducted from the bank should either be immediately deposited in my eSewa wallet or sent back to my bank account!”

Not only Dharmendra, many customers are facing this problem on eSewa.

eSewa refuses to comment on this matter. Employees of eSewa have said that it is very difficult to see the complaints of customers on eSewa in recent times. Even though there have been many problems for a long time, eSewa has not addressed the problems of the customers.
