Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SE BON) has directed the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) to submit a report by ( IT audit and VAPT . The board has issued this directive to NEPSE after investors complained about the TMS .
The board has also directed NEPSE to identify the problem and ensure a secure trading system by modernizing and enabling the trading system to facilitate the transaction of {{}.
The board has also directed the securities transaction management system to submit a report after studying about the international practice, Nepal’s needs, NEPSE infrastructure and necessary legal and other provisions for the arrangement of trading using any technology based on artificial intelligence (AI).
The board has also directed NEPSE to issue a notice to the investors not to stop trading using any technology on the basis of and on the basis of and AI until further arrangements.
Similarly, the Board may provide for trading in the secondary market through the mobile app, after market order (AMO) , C-KYC to to connect with TMS, NEPSE ‘Al Equity Index’ Float Shares on the basis of Benchmark Index TAG_OPEN_ It has also been directed to proceed with immediate action to make arrangements for the use of the span_21} index as and to revise the circuit breaker’s rule based on the free float shares and to use the benchmark as the index.
The board has issued directives to various agencies to make share trading strong, effective and credible.Along with NEPSE, the board has also issued directives to CDS and Clearing Limited, merchant bankers, securities brokers, scheme managers and depositories and listed companies.
