Kathmandu. The installation of the Accro bridge at Devighat in Nuwakot has been completed. The Nepal Army has completed the installation of the Accro bridge in 5 days after the construction started.

After the flood in Bhotekoshi swept away the concrete bridge, the army team had started the work of connecting the bridge to ease the traffic in the Devighat area. Finally, the army team has completed the bridge installation work after continuous deployment.

With the installation of the new bridge, pedestrian traffic will be opened for pedestrians from September 26 from (tomorrow) and vehicles will also be allowed to operate from September 27 (Saturday).

Earlier, the floods of the Bhotekoshi river swept away the concrete bridge here, completely cutting off the transport connectivity in Nuwakot and surrounding areas. The installation of the bridge by the army in a short time has brought relief to the locals, traders and passengers.
