National Life Awards, Honors Outstanding Agents and Training on AI and Digital Marketing

Kathmandu. The annual Chairperson Club program of National Life Insurance Company Limited has concluded. The annual Chairperson Club program organized by the company with the objective of honoring its outstanding agents and distributing Chairperson Club membership was organized in a grand manner at Hotel Siddhartha Villasa in Bhairahawa.

A total of 565 people including the selected agents, department heads, provincial heads, branch heads, marketing employees participated in the program by fulfilling the target set for the fiscal year 2082/83. In the program, the program was started by observing a 1-minute silence to express deep condolences to the bereaved families and to express deep condolences to the bereaved families, wishing speedy recovery to all the injured and sick due to the recent devastating floods in Bhotekoshi and the natural disaster caused by it.

On the occasion, Chairperson Prema Rajya Laxmi Singh formally inaugurated the Chairperson Club program by lighting the lamp on the Panas. During the inaugural speech, she said that the company will continue to support and collaborate for the development of the skills and capacity of the agents and to enhance the professionalism of the agents in order to make the agents who are the backbone of the company more professional and skilled.

Similarly, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Suresh Prasad Khatri said that the historic business achievement of the company in the financial year 2082/83 is the collective success of the National Life family. He said that with the beginning of the new financial year, the company is moving forward with more clear goals, measurable strategy and high professional commitment, which is the focus of the company to further strengthen the agent network and improve the quality of customer service.

During the program, chairperson Prema Rajya Laxmi Singh felicitated the first, second and third and group business agents from all over Nepal who have been selected in the Chairperson Club for 10 consecutive years and the agents who have been selected in the Chairperson Club for 10 consecutive years.

The participating agents were given training in various disciplines with the aim of enhancing their knowledge, skills and capacity through skilled and experienced trainers. On the occasion, Deputy Director of the Insurance Authority of Nepal Padam Prasad Sadari, while imparting training on money laundering, said that all the stakeholders involved in the insurance business should be alert and alert in keeping close surveillance, necessary identification of suspicious activities and following the prevailing legal provisions.

In the program, trainer Bishwaraj Poudel explained how AI can be integrated with the insurance business through various practical examples, and provided training on the possibilities of using AI in customer contact, content creation, business planning, information management, and so on.

Similarly, another trainer Sanjog Koirala said that since this is the digital age, if the digital medium can be used effectively, it can be of great benefit in the expansion of the insurance business. He said that while using digital platforms, only factual information and approved materials should be made public by fully complying with the prevailing laws and regulatory provisions.

The winning agents said that it was a matter of pride to be a part of this program as they required continuous hard work, discipline and excellent professional performance throughout the year to be selected for the Chairperson’s Club.
