KATHMANDU: With an aim to provide easy, fast and reliable service to the customers of Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles, Shree Jalpadevi Autoworks, the authorized service center of SIPRADI, has extended its service hours.

The service center will now be available from 9 am to 9 pm, effective from September 19, 2083. Earlier, the service hours of the service center were from 9 am to 6 pm.

With the new system, customers who operate vehicles throughout the day will also be able to get their vehicles repaired and serviced in the evening. The service period has been extended till night keeping in mind the time and operating needs of the customers.

The use of illegal and counterfeit parts and lubricants not only destroys the engine, brake and clutch system of the vehicle in a short time but also increases the maintenance cost significantly. Shree Jalpadevi Autoworks will provide state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment for Tata Commercial Vehicles, TATA Genuine Spare Parts, skilled and trained technicians, fast and reliable service and service as per the highest safety standards.

The expansion of the service is expected to provide additional convenience to the customers of commercial vehicles and passengers to repair and service the vehicle without affecting the regular work. The service has been managed with the objective of ensuring maximum income and minimum operating expenses by reducing downtime of the vehicle.

In an effort to make the after-sales service more accessible and convenient for the customers of Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, the extended service hours will provide customers more options for emergency and routine maintenance.
