An announcement has been made by Standard Chartered Bank Nepal to distribute dividends. The bank has announced that it will distribute a 19% dividend to its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year.

The decision to distribute cash dividends (including tax) to the shareholders was made at the board meeting held on Monday. After the proposed dividends of the company were approved by the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the upcoming annual general meeting of the bank, they were informed that they would be distributed to the shareholders.

Last year, the bank distributed 16.51% cash dividends.
