The Nepal SBI Bank has announced plans to distribute dividends. The bank has decided to distribute a 10.55 percent dividend from last year’s profit to its shareholders.

The meeting of the executive committee held on Mangsir 1 at the bank has decided to distribute 3.75 percent bonus shares and 6.80 percent cash dividends for tax purposes.

After the proposed dividend is approved by the regulator, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the bank’s upcoming annual general meeting, it will be distributed to the shareholders.
