Also, shareholders who have not yet dematerialized their shares can contact their depository member to dematerialize their share certificates and obtain membership in the IPs under Nepal Clearing House, including details of their bank account number in any bank and financial institution.

If the said share certificates are not dematerialized in time, it is mentioned in the information that the dividends will not be credited to the relevant shareholder’s bank account.
