KATHMANDU
Kumari Bank Limited has brought the founder’s shares for sale. The bank has sold 45,520 shares in the name of Nand Kishor Shrestha from Magh 5.
Only the existing founder shareholders of the bank can apply for these shares. Those interested in purchasing shares will have to submit their application for the desired number of shares within the next 35 days. The price of the shares will be determined by the seller, as informed by the bank.
During this period, the bank has also informed shareholders that if the founders do not purchase the shares, other individuals or institutions will be able to sell them.
