Kathmandu. The government has decided to take action against the middle men involved in the work related to labour permit. Issuing a notice on Friday, the Department of Foreign Employment said that it will take action against cyber centers, training centers and other organizations for promoting work related to labour permit. 

The Department has said that its attention has been drawn to some cyber centers, institutes and organizations that mislead the service recipients by saying ‘labor is done’, ‘work related to labour permit is done’ or ‘labour online form is filled‘. 

The department has clarified that the government decision to prohibit ‘middlemen’ in government offices across the country is also involved in ‘middlemen’ in the name of labor.

Through the same notice, the Department has directed to remove such boards, hoarding boards, flex boards, and publicity materials. The department has also warned of action if such publicity materials are not removed by Monday.
