Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) has rejecteda writ petition filed by Rastriya Swatantra Party (RPP) against Rastriya Swatantra Party (RPP) President Rabi La michhane. The Supreme Court (SC) has refused to register the petition filed by Ayush Badal on Tuesday.

The writ petition was filed demanding that Lamichhane be restrained from working as a lawmaker.

Lamichhane was also charged with money laundering.A writ petition had been filed at the apex court demanding that Lamichhane, who has been accused of money laundering, be stopped from working as a lawmaker.
