Kathmandu. Ram Bahadur Bomjan (Little Buddha) has been acquitted in the money laundering case. A single bench of Sarlahi District Court Judge Mahendra Raj Kafle acquitted Bom jan of the case.
The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) had registered a case against Bom jan on the charge of money laundering of Rs 8.59 crore and on the charge of money la undering by the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) (CIB).
The court has ruled that there is no indictment in the case. He has already been released from the District Prison Office, Sarlahi after the court acquitted him of the money laundering charge.
Bomj on was arrested by the CIB on January 24,2080. Police seized Rs 3.3 million and Rs 3.34 crore from his residence. The case of child sexual abuse against him is pending in the Supreme Court.
