Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel has sent the Constitutional Council (Functions, Duties, Rights and Procedure) (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083 BS to the Council of Ministers for reconsideration.

Stating that the bill designed to amend the Constitutional Council (Functions, Duties, Rights and Procedure) Act-2066 BS as per the Constitution of Nepal had been sent back to the Council of Ministers on July 9, 2082 BS for authentication. 2082 has not been issued.

A press release issued by the Office of the Office of the Prime Minister stated that it has sent the matter of the Constitutional Council (Functions, Duties, Rights and Procedure) (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083 BS to the Council of Ministers for reconsideration.
