Kathmandu. 5 new members have been elected to the board of directors of Ankhukhola Hydropower Company. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of thecompany has elected 5 members to represent the general shareholders of the company. 

Lekhnath Pokharel, Subash Poudel , Sabindra Upadhyay, Jolly Amatya and Ram Prasad Sapkota are elected to the post.Lekhnath and Subash are Chartered Accountants.

With the addition of 5 new members to the board of directors, the 7-member board of Akhukhola Hydropower Company has been inducted. The members of the committee are Indra Krishna and Gangasagar Prajapati from the Founders’ Group.

With the election of new members to the Board of Directors, the AGM has approved the annual and auditor’s report for the fiscal year 2080/81 and 81/82 along with the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement and the related schedules ।

The meeting also endorsed the proposal regarding the appointment of auditor and determination of his or her salary for the current fiscal year 2 082/83.
