Kathmandu. CPN-UML lawmaker Kshitij Thebe said that the investors have lost Rs 5 trillion due to lack of clarity on the government’s policy. Thebe said this while speaking at a meeting of the House of Representatives. 

He questioned the government for its silence on the stock market where millions of investors are down even after the formation of the government of Rastriya Swatantra Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) (Nepse)(NEPSE) 329

‘… The market capitalization has decreased from Rs 509.38 billion to Rs 504.95 billion to Rs 4.504 billion as on March 26. “Since the formation of this government, investors have lost Rs 504 billion. ’

Similarly, he said that due to the lack of a clear policy towards the stock market, the investors have lost billions of rupees and has also affected the RSP and a clear policy is needed to clear the confusion among the investors.
