Kathmandu. Ganesh Nepali, who attempted self-immolation in front of the Passport Department, has died. He died while undergoing treatment at Bir Hospital.

He had attempted self-immolation in front of gate number 3 of the Passport Department in Tripureshwor on Thursday. He was rescued by police and taken to Bir Hospital for treatment.

He suffered burns to around 60 percent of his body and died while undergoing treatment.
