Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Super Madi Hydropower Limited has decided to distribute 15% bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on August 22 has decided to distribute 15 percent bonus shares and 0.78,947 percent cash dividend on the basis of current paid-up capital.

The bonus share will be worth Rs 34,72,87,500. The dividend will be distributed after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company has called its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 17 at Hotel Imperial, Kathmandu at 11:00 am to endorse the dividend proposal.

The company has decided to close the book on September 8 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been trading in NEPSE till September 1 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive the declared dividend.
