Kathmandu. Nepal Telecom’s phone and data are free of cost in all four districts. The government has provided Nepal Telecom’s phone and data free of cost in four districts to facilitate the rescue and search for people following the massive floods in the Bhotekoshi River.

According to the Ministry of Finance, phones and data have been provided free of cost in four districts.

The government has also directed private helicopters to be deployed for rescue, relief and search. The government has decided that helicopters deployed for rescue, relief and search will not even need permission.
