Kathmandu. Nepal LP Gas Industry Association has pledged to provide 1,250 LP gas cylinders to the people of the districts affected by the devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi River as a relief. Diwan Bahadur Chand, president of the association, has pledged to provide 1,250 LP gas cylinders to the targeted groups through Nepal Oil Corporation.

The NRNA has also expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives due to flooding in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading and Gorkha districts and extended condolences to the bereaved families.

Paying tribute to those who lost their lives, the association has appealed to all to provide prompt treatment to the injured and to search for the disappeared.

The Association has said that various bodies are engaged in humanitarian service in the situation arising out of the disaster and will provide support to the affected people keeping in mind their immediate needs and difficulties.
