Kathmandu. The employees of the Ministry of Finance have donated more than Rs. 1.8 million to the flood affected . The employees of the Ministry have donated Rs. 18,32, 721 for the rescue, relief and rehabilitation of the people affected by the Bhotekoshi floods.

The amount has been deposited in the ‘Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund for the assistance.

Employees at the Ministry of Finance said that the amount was donated with the objectiveof supporting the government at a time when all the state mechanisms are active in disaster management.
