Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta donates more than Rs 28 lakh to flood victims

Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has contributed Rs 28,20,249 for the rescue, relief and rehabilitation of the people affected by the recent floods and natural disasters in various areas, including Bhotekoshi. The organization has deposited the amount in the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund.

The team including Chairman of the organization Raj Kumar Rai and Chief Executive Officer Keshav Kumar Poudel met Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle and handed over the relief amount.

On the occasion, Chairman Rai said that the microfinance institutions have been providing financial services to the poor and low-income citizens of the society and they should stand with the community even in times of disaster. He stressed that all sides should cooperate and cooperate as per their capacity and capacity during natural disasters.

Similarly, CEO Poudel said that the organization has been conducting financial literacy, corporate social responsibility and customer protection programs along with financial transactions as per the main policy of ‘Customer Member First’. He expressed his commitment to make such programs more effective and comprehensive in the coming days as well.

According to the organization, the amount has been collected from the collective contributions of the directors, employees’ families and the organization.
