Kathmandu. Snow Rivers Limited has declared a dividend. The company has declared a dividend of shares from the profit of the last financial year.

Themeeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on August 30 has decided to distribute 10% bonus shares and 0.0.5263 cash dividend for tax purposes.

The Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) has given prior approval to distribute the dividend announced by the company on September 12. The dividend declared by the company will be distributed after the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) approves it.
