Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank has declared a dividend of .The Board of Directors of the bank held on Thursday announced a dividend of 20 percent from the profit of the previous year.

Out of the total 20percent dividend declared by the bank , 10 percent is bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Similarly, Bank has declared a dividend of 8.25 per cent to the preference shareholders of {{}. The dividend declared by the Bank shall be distributed to the shareholders after the approval of of the Bank and by the Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
