Prabhu Insurance has decided to give shareholders a dividend. From the profit of the last fiscal year (2079–80), Prabhu Insurance will be giving shareholders a 4.75% bonus share and a 0.25% cash dividend for tax purposes.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 20 has decided to distribute a total of a 5% dividend. Once the proposed dividend is approved by the Insurance Regulatory Authority and the upcoming annual general meeting of the insurance company, distribution will only take place to the shareholders.

The company has announced the dividend on a paid-up capital of 1 billion, 37 crores, 61 lakh, 22 thousand, and 260 rupees. After the distribution of dividends, the paid-up capital will increase to more than 1 billion 44 crores.

Last year, the company distributed a 6.70% bonus share.
