The schedule for the presentation of the government’s estimations of revenue and expenditures (budget) for the fiscal year 2081–82 BS (2024–25) has been postponed by two hours.

Earlier, Speaker Devraj Ghimire scheduled the budget speech for 1:00 pm today before a joint sitting of the Federal Parliament.

Now, it has been rescheduled for 3:00 pm. Finance Minister Barshaman Pun will be presenting the budget for the upcoming fiscal year in the joint parliamentary session today.
